Founded in 1986, Release Capital is a leasing company in France operating in the IT, medical and industrial sectors.
In 2015, the shareholders and managers, Régis Dodin and Cyril Marlaud, instructed Potomac Transactions to secure part of their assets, offering an exit to the CMC-CIC investment funds that had been supporting the company since 2012, and finding the best partner to continue the company’s growth.
Financial and industrial players in the sector were attracted by the company’s business model. At the end of the negotiation process, Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners was chosen by the shareholders.
